Yesterday was the 100th day of school this year. I made a 100 cake for Maggie Kate's class. Yellow cake with chocolate icing. I used a loaf pan for the one and two round pans with holes in the middle for the zeros. I wanted to take a picture, but guess what? I CAN NOT FIND MY CAMERA!!! The kids in Maggie's class counted out 100 skittles to put on the cake before they ate it. Maggie Kate said that one little girl said... Your mom is a good cooker :) Maggie Kate also said while they were eating in the cafeteria that another little girl said...I wish your mom was the one who made our food for lunch:) All I have to say is that I am glad kids were eating it! Anything sweet tastes good to them, not matter how bad it really is!
(Today I am baking 100+ mini brownie bites for Mitchell's class so they can celebrate his B-Day tomorrow!)
