is growing up to fast!!!
There are so many things in this month of May that remind me of how fast she is growing up. She is having a birthday, her 8th grade trip and she graduates 8th Grade in just a couple of weeks. Where has the time gone?
Meredith is a wonderful example to all she comes in contact with. She is beautiful from the inside out!!!
I love this sweet girl so much and cherish every minute we spend together.
I am so thankful that Heavenly Father trusted me enough to let me be her mom!!!
If I may brag a little...Meredith is the best baby sitter ever!!! When Michael and I go out together we never worry, we know they are in good hands.

When we get home she has them fed, bathed and she even reads scriptures and says prayers before tucking them in. We don't ever have to ask she just does these things. Last week she watched them and they were so excited to tell us that she was so creative while getting them to pick up. She made a game with post-it notes to get them to pick up. The post-its were hidden under things that needed to be put away and whoever brought her back the most post-its got a treat. Well, she already has a mothers heart.... they all got treats...strawberries & sugar.
Have I mentioned how much I love this girl!!!!!!!
It's official she is taller than her mom now!
We had fun shopping the other day for our DC trip. She talked me in to getting these ridiculously big shades...we had a blast together!

I can't believe she is taller than you already! But, then again...I teach 7th & 8th grade and most of them are taller than me! I wish you all lived close to me so she could help me teach my boys to pick up their stuff better! :-) Tell her I may steal her idea! She is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Sister Matheny, I used to be one of your beehives way back when Meredith was a baby. Then we moved to Michigan, and I hadn't heard anything about your family since then. My mom found out about the Meredith family blogs, and she sent me the addresses. Then, I found yours. I just have to say that you have the cutest family ever! Wow! I love your blog!

Oh how fun!! I can't wait to do those things- okay actually I can I am still trying to figure out how to handle the ages that we are in now. Good idea for the cleaning up I may use that technique. I love you too Meredith and am grateful I have been able to be apart of your life.
Heather, I think your daughter is gorgeous just like her mother! I am so glad I got to see you and your cute family when we were there. I wish we could have talked with you longer. I'm so glad to hear that Meredith liked Caiden-we like him most of the time too! I love this blog stuff!
