We were surprised at how many people were there that we knew (the old and the young;)), which made it that much more fun. We saw people from school, dance and church. Tons of girls had formals on and for the girls who didn't they had a station set up to make your own out of trash bags if you wanted. My crew didn't do the formals, but they did get makeovers. We had so much fun!
Mitchell and his friend Sean went with us even thought they have not read the books. They didn't want to miss out on the fun. Meredith and I think they need to read them so they will know how to treat girls in their future ;) I don't think they are very interested though. I kept finding them in the golf book section the whole time we were there.
The picture on the top left was taken @12:01. As you can see, Meredith, Emily & Courtney are pretty excited to find out "the rest of the story". 
After the books were purchased and kids were dropped off, I hit the hay hard @1:30am!

I am so glad you celebrated as well. How far have you read or did you finish the book? What do you think. I believe I am on chapter 26 and I hope to finish today. So far, I absolutely love the book. It is the most delicious out of them all!

That release party sounds so much fun!! We were in Florida then, and that night, the town that we stayed in didn't have a bookstore, and my mom was sort of sad, but she has it now and I guess that's all that matter's. -Alyson
