We went to Mama C's house over the weekend to visit. Maggie Kate and Mallory always love to sleep in the back bedroom but someone always has to lie down with them. Sunday night they wanted me to lay down with them. We talked a while then said our goodnights. They closed their eyes and I thought they were fast asleep. Then all the sudden Maggie Kate raised up and said "Mom I was just saying my prayers and I just prayed that no one would ever offer Meredith drugs at high school. It is alot different than our school and we need to remember to always pray about that."
She is our little one who never forgets to say her personal prayers and she always covers everything. I love love love her prayers!!!

How sweet! That is a VERY important thing to pray for. It scares me to death that all of that could be offered to our children.
How have I gotten so behind on your posts??? I LOVE the new van - I have a little envy...I have no door handle on my 1998 van...on the inside so no one knows but me...
And Max is PRECIOUS. Ring, phone, ring!!

hope everyone's days at school went well and that no one offered Meredith any drugs!
It is so funny what little kids think of.
Even if someone offered her drugs. I am sure she wouldn't have a problem saying NO!
I'm glad you are open with your children and obviously talk about these things with them.
