To: Meredith & Mallory - From: Maggie Kate (more birthday)

Sweet Maggie Kate surprised her sisters with a yummy birthday cake. Maggie Kate decorated it all by herself. It was the best cake I think I have ever eaten! Meredith and Mallory loved it.

I have to share this frosting recipe. This was the first time I have ever used this recipe and it definitely won't be the last. This one has made it's way to my favorites list. It's very light, fluffy, and oh so yummy!

Premier White Buttercream Frosting

1 2/3 cups (10 oz package) HERSHEY'S Premier White Chips

1/3 cup milk

1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) cold butter, cut into pieces

1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

1. place white chips and milk in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute. If necessary, microwave and additional 30 seconds at a time, until mixture is melted and smooth when stirred; cool to lukewarm.

2. Beat butter and powdered sugar gradually into white chip mixture; beat until fluffy.

Chocolate Buttercream Frosting: In bow, place 2 cups of Premier White Buttercream Frosting; beat 2 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Cocoa.
