As you probably can see from my pictures, I love to monogram and applique my kids' clothes. I love, love, love it! I bought my embroidery machine just before we started the adoption process to bring Max home. I had started going to a class on Thursdays with other stay at home moms. I was starting to get the hang of things, and I was loving it! I could have stayed at my machine all day long and never tire of it!
Needless to say, when the adoption got into full swing I had little time for my beloved embroidery machine. And that's ok, because now I am back in full force! Max has been home almost a year. He is very settled and has started school. I am home alone. So, I have been at my machine sewing, sewing, and sewing! I think Max has a shirt made with every boy design I have. He is definitely one little boy that will always know his name!
I have started having a lot of people ask me to do things for them, and since I love sewing so much, I have decided to start taking orders. After all my kiddos can only have so many shirts before I run out of designs to put on them.
So that I don't have to keep trying to email people pictures of my designs, I have made a blog to show them on. You can check it out @ http://www.gingham-girl.blogspot.com/ Feel free to email me with questions.
