Our little Maggie is so sweet. She has told me a couple of things in the last few days that I want to always remember.
She must have sunk in our bed on Saturday night. I was awakened by her @ 2:00am. She said "Mom I am sorry to wake you, but I wanted to tell you that I am glad I have a mom like you." I told her she could wake me up at any time to say sweet things like that to me.
Friday she told me about an experience she had at school. While she was in the hall at school she and one of her friends passed by a little kindergarten girl. They noticed that the little girl had something wrong with her eye. She said it was really big and swollen. Maggie said she looked at her friend M and said "Hey M maybe we should say a prayer for that little girl." They went into the bathroom to pray for her. When she told me that my heart was so full.
She came home today and said her prayer worked. The little girls eye was not big and swollen anymore, just a little bluish yellow.
Another sweet moment: We are planning a huge trip hopefully by summer. We have been praying to have all the funds we need so that we can all go. On Sunday Maggie came down with her little tiny Chinese wallet she pulled out $3.26. She said "Mom here is all the money I have to help with the trip, is it enough?" =) I love that little girl!

Oh, that is so sweet! That just brought so much warmth to my heart reading that. You and Michael are raising such wonderful children. You two are such great examples for them to learn from. Thank you for sharing the sweet moment.
Heather, that is so sweet! She seems like the sweetest little angel. Carolyn has told me how thoughtful she is. You must be so proud! Children are such blessings!
how sweet!!
Everyday we can all learn a lesson from a child! Many times they show more wisdom than the adults! What a big heart in such a little person.
