Time for red couch pictures. It is tradition for adoptive families to pick out a traditional outfit for their adopted child so that they can have pictures on the red couch located in the White Swan Hotel.

Max was a little wild so we didn't get a really good picture. We had to bribe him with suckers!

Max with Ashlei Lucas.

We were so shocked when we ran into this family. They are from the same town as we are and this man was Mitchell's soccer coach once.

Max was glad when it was all over and he could watch a movie with Mitchell.

We are thrilled to have him with us and our love for him continues to grow more each day. We are so glad that tomorrow is our LAST DAY!!!! I can't wait to hug my girls!!!

Red Couch pictures look painful. Max didn't seem to be interested.

Mitchell,
I hope you are writing in your journal. You are such a good little writer... so witty and funny. I always love hearing you read your entries and stories aloud to me. If you haven't written every day, then perhaps you can catch-up on the plane ride back home. The girls and I have missed you so much. They actually said that they missed your funny pranks!! See you soon.

According to Maggie, your blessings just keep coming. Your dog had puppies today. Maggie was so excited. She said, "Oh Heavenly Father just keeps on blessing our family. Not only are we getting Max,but we also have 2 new puppies,I lost a tooth, Mallory lost a tooth, and Aunt Paige is getting us to school on time!" Those are certainly great blessings aren't they? She's so excited. Thought you'd like to hear about your blessings here in Tn.
Love,
Mama "C"
I hope this week has gone by fast- all the powerful prayers from your family have worked. This week has gone by fast for me which isn't necessarily good because I had a lot to accomplish that I didn't. :) One being getting the 4x6 card of for Max.
We have really loved reading about your trip to bring Max home! Have a safe trip and we look forward to meeting Max soon!
