So much to catch up on ....so behind!

I think my head has finally stopped spinning. Maybe, I can catch this blog up over the next week or so. I am way behind on all our news! We have some exciting but sad news at the same time... Michael got a new job :) we're very excited about it...but we have to move :(:(:( sad! We will miss our family and friends dearly, but at the same time (after much prayer) we welcome this new chapter of our lives!!! We have lived here for almost 18 years, so that makes it very difficult to leave. The kids are all sad to leave their friends, but they're getting use to the idea of moving and they're starting to get more excited. I personally can't imagine my life with out my dearest friend, Gretchen, just down the road from me. We have been buds for 11 years and all of our kids are best buds, too. We have promised each other, and all of our kids, lots of road trips!!!

We are thrilled with Michael's new job! He started last week and has called me every day with exciting news. We feel that great things are in store for our family, and we can't wait to see what's next!

More later...

Hey Jen,
We are moving to GA. Didn't you guys live there for a while? We are not sure where we will land for sure but the plant he is working at is in West Point. We are thinking Columbus or Newnan...just not sure yet.

I read your comment on Jen's blog and got a little teary eyed. I live far away and even when I come visit I don't see you guys that much but now you won't even be there. It is sad but also exciting at the same time- I too am ready for a change. Good luck with everything. Just remember back 18 years ago the good days in the trailer. ;)

Just catching up on your blog...just about died when I read this post. Right when I think i'm used to the idea my heart breaks again. Our lives have been so rich and blessed to have you all in it for so long. We will miss you so much. Our children's lives have been so intertwined for all their lives. I am excited for you to see what life has stored for you. Could it be a new little friend for little max-or more time with daddy...who knows we will always have wonderful memories and the latest of mitchell's broken wrist this week when he was over. Your right We will be keeping those roads hot for some new kinds of memories!
