Do you see what's missing???
Max has lost his first tooth!
Wednesday night Max was eating some strawberries when he exclaimed, "Mama my tooth hurts." I went over to see, and found that his tooth was loose. I ran upstairs to grab the camera. Max followed with excitement and said, "Mama I want to break it out so I can get some money." (He sounds so much like his big brother!) :) I helped him wiggle it and soon it fell out. He thanked me all night for "breaking" his tooth out. The tooth fairy came to visit that night and left him some money. Max was one happy little boy to have that money! When I picked him up from school yesterday the first thing he said was,
"Mama I can't believe I have money from the tooth fairy. Can you break another tooth, please, please?"
This may sound funny, but I was so happy when he lost that tooth. I usually get a little teary eyed when one of the kids loose their first tooth (you know that means they are growing up) but with Max it was different. I had the feeling of being part of a "first" in his life. I didn't get to see him cut his first tooth. I didn't get to hear him speak his first word, or even witness his first step, but I did get to see him loose his first tooth!

What a sweetheart! I'm so glad you got to be there for that special "first" I love reading your blog and can't help but be smitten over your sweet little Max. I've never even met him but he his sweetness just comes through the screen. Hope all is going well with your move!
How precious! He is such a cutie...fits right in with the rest of your gorgeous family!
