Tremont sells t-shirts each year. You have to buy them in advance. Well, Mallory wanted one but I said no. I said no because we bought one for Meredith when she went and it never left her drawer! She never even wore it! So, Mallory suggested I make her one. And that's just what I did!

Tremont
Mallory, our third little duckling, has watched both her big brother and sister go on this amazing field trip to a place called Tremont. This is the field trip I think all the kids at our school look forward to with much anticipation. This is a big one because it is the first overnight field trip they go on. So, little Miss Mallory has been overly anxious and super excited for this week to come. She is such a little planner and organizer. She made me a list a couple of weeks before she had to go of what all she needed at the store. She was packed and ready to go days in advance. She set the alarm clock for me (as if I wouldn't) to make sure I would get up. She told me over and over they were leaving at 6:30AM so we needed to leave our house at 5:45 (even though we live 10 minutes from the school). She was even in bed early Tuesday night. Can you tell she was excited? She hopped right out of bed the morning of departure and talked my head off. I couldn't get a word in. She was one excited little girl! We got to school, she gave me a big hug, and she was on that bus ready to go. As the bus pulled away I thought I would cry...I knew I was going to miss my girl! And we all did! We all commented through out the week how quiet the house was with out little Mallory. She is the life of the party not to mention she keeps us all in line around here :)She returned safely on Friday afternoon. She loved every minute of her time at Tremont but she is glad to be home...and we're so glad she's back!
